What are AC Delco or aftermarket part numbers for '08 SS non-brembo front brake pads

My '08 SS does not have Brembo brakes at the front

I gave my local stealership parts department my VIN number and they gave me the part numbers for the front and rear pad and rotors;

Front Pads: 25894320 (unique to SS I think) Discontinued Front Rotors: 19303825 (Available)
Rear Pads10365723 (same as LS/LT I think) Available (I think) Rear Rotors: 19303822 (Available)

I can go to Rock Auto and look up brake pads for an '08 SS and it gives me tons of third party options for front pads but none that I've looked at says the part replaces 25894320 so I can't be sure any of them are correct.

Can anybody give me the AC Delco pad part numbers or any decent performing aftermarket brake pad brand part numbers that would fit my front brakes?

Are those 19303825 front rotors unique to the SS or are they the same as what's used on the LS and/or LT models?

Thanks!

Try a wreckers, they may have rotors and pads. Just make sure you take measurements from the old ones. GM Parts Direct?

I don't think that's going to be an option for me. There are never any SS HHRs at the wreckers around here. HHR SS is a very rare car here. In a city of 1.2 - 1.3M I've seen at most 2 or 3 other SSs driving around these last 7 years I've had this '08.

If it doesn't say Brembo, it's most likely for the standard SS, at least that what it felt like to me when i was looking.

There were 4 in my town at one time Oshawa, Ont. Try Dom's Auto wreckers in Durham region... never hurts to ask them.> Forget them They have none!

I was just checking out a website called gmcarpartsonline.com and here's what it said about the models that the 25894320 front brake pads fit. Can anyone verify if this is true? It might make it easier to identify which aftermarket/third party pads will fit the non-brembo equipped SS cars.

LS/LT used 10.6 inch diameter rotors.
SS non Brembo, used 11.6 inch diameter rotors
So no the LS / LT rotors are not interchangeable
the LS/LT used drum rear brakes, not disc brakes. That was the SS

https://www.gmcpartscanada-spg.ca/oe...-2014-19303825
Are the rear rotors for the SS

I do not see much availability for GM pads or rotors, some AC Delco

I’ve installed these PowerStop kits, nice complete kits not a lot of brake dust. As your 14 year old SS gets older parts are getting scarce at the dealership

Thanks for all this info. I called some local parts shops and found I have some choices locally which is what I need as I am going on a long trip early to mid next week and my front pads are quite thin. I can get any of these tomorrow locally.

Raybestos Element3 metallic for fronts Hybrid ceramic and semi-metallic for rears or

Bosch Perfect Stops semi-metallic or

Bosch Ultra Stops semi metalic

The Raybestos and the Perfect stops are close to the same price. The Ultra Stops are about half the price of the other two. I'm tempted to go for either the Raybestos or Power Stops. Anyone had any experience with any of them and/or the Ultra Stops?
