16" Steelies from a Dodge Dart fit!

Thought I'd put this here instead of starting a new thread. I have the 2LT with the chrome 17" wheels. My stock tires are 215-50-17 on 6.5jx17ET42, 5x110 bolt pattern wheels. I bought 16" steelies off a 2013 Dodge dart. 7jx16ET46, bolt pattern 5x110. I put 225-55-16 snows on these. Everything clears fine. The speedo is almost dead on, less then a mph off. Center bore is the same on both rims also. Just thought someone might find this helpful.

All craigslist items. 4 wheels $70, 2 new snows $90, 2 used, still have the nubs on'em $80. I did good.

Any issues with the offset? I’m considering pulling the trigger on a set of 18” dart wheels but am afraid of the offset difference

46 mm offset, 4 mm shouldn’t be a problem!

Just remember with 18's, 26.2 inch tires are about as tall as you can run. Anything taller will rub the strut spring perch.
225x45x18 or maybe 255x40x18 depending on the rim width.

There's not much room by the strut, even stock. You can see the rims I used are the same offset as the ones you are looking at. So that should not be the issue. The tire size is were you'll run into problems. Use a rim/tire size calculator, I used this one, Custom wheels, rim tire packages ,with 18"s there won't be much rubber on those wheels.

Just an FYI, I ran 245/40R18 and cleared the strut plate with no problem. I would think a 255 would clear. I think I remember someone running that size years ago.
