5x114.3 Bolt Pattern Question
I know these are sold, but perhaps you can help me to understand something. The bolt pattern for the HHR is 5x110. How does it affect the car if you placed wheels that have a 5x114.3 pattern?

to the forum!
I moved your question out of the Classifieds into its own thread.
I'm sure you'll get more input this way, but probably the "easiest" way to fit rims with an odd bolt pattern to an HHR is to use wheel spacers that also double as adapters.

A good point as always George, the thickness of the spacer/adapter also needs to be factored in when figuring offsets.
For the OP, the standard offset for the HHR ranges from 38-42mm depending on the model year and OEM rims.
Excessive offsets can shorten the life of the hubs significantly, and they aren't known for being "bullet proof" anyway.

Here's a link to a thread on here about a guy destroying one of his custom & redrilled wheels. got specs in one of his posts for the redrilling. Also a link to a wheel shop that would do the job for him. Oh, he's also located in switzerland so a lot of shops here wouldn't ship, but I digress... clic pic
