bought some hub cap clips and baby moon caps to install on my steelies. Could not get them to stay on the clips. It's sucks because they looked so cool

 

Not sure, but are the clips backwards?

 

They do look bent over to far but not backwards

 

Gohmer had success with his steelies moon mod and a nylon ring plus clips. Check out his work.

 

Hope you sort it out, nice look.. I also like trim rings w/bb moons.

 

I hope to figure this out, because I want to do this pretty badly. I didn't know you could put baby moons on OEM wheels.

 

Yeah, I'm with Don & Oldblue here, the clips look a bit "off".

Can you post up a pic of the back of one of the Baby Moons, if we could get an idea of what sort of shape they have, maybe someone will have a "lightbulb" moment.

 

 

 

Looks like a geometry problem.

The clips are too tall to fit the curvature of the cap.

Maybe just give turning the clips around a try?
