Cobalt rims

Does anyone know of a reason why the 18" Cobalt rims would not fit on my 09 SS? I found a guy wanting to get rid of a set collecting dust with tires for $275.

As far as I know they would fit. A lot of guys have Cobalt SS rims on their HHRs. Do you have Brembos? That might be the only thing I could think of that may give you an issue, but I really don't know. I'm sure someone who has an SS or has put SS wheels on can help.

I have a non-Brembo SS so I don't think it will be a problem.

No, so then your SS wouldn't be any different than a non SS HHR, and like I said there are quite a few people who have put them on theirs with no problem! Sounds like a good deal for that price!

Should be no reason why 18" Cobalt wheels wouldn't fit! Get pictures first to check condition and decide from there! Sounds like a Great price! We found our 18's for $150.00 for all four wheels, no tires!

Thanks all. The guys says the tires have about 50% tread left. The only issue I see is that he says they don't have TPMS on them. Can I have the ones I currently have on my tires put on those? I assume so.

You can if you are willing to pay for taking the tires off, switching the sensors, and remounting the tires. Around here that would be $150-$200.
When I got summer rims and tires, I didnt get them switched, now I just have the little tire light on.
