Crager S/S Vintage Super Sport Wheels

I have been trying to get a set of the vintage style SS Crager Mags for my wifes 2008 HHR just to find out that they do not make a 5x110 bolt pattern. I sent a note to Crager to inquire about this bolt pattern. I received a note from Brad Danbom saying that Crager has never made a frount wheel drive (FWD) rim but have one that will be out in about a month. The will come in silver, black center and gray center. These ARE NOT the vintabe SS style but slightly different. He did say that he has gotten some request for the "vintage" style SS rims for our HHR's and the PT Cruiser and would bring it up at a production meeting. I think if there are other HHR forum users that are (over 50 and remember the Crager S/S) interested, then send Brad a note and let him know. braddanbom@cragar.com

Cheers,
ZGone

45yo yep

hate i let em go along with a bunch of other things. if they don't make them , you can use adapters. they make some good adapters now, if you get the right , and good ones. i have some for my old mustang , so i can put the new mach 1s on. if they hold up in the old v8 cars , i'm sure they should work on a fo banger.

I considered a set of adapters but then what do you do when your wife calls you with a flat and the spare won't fit!?

Here is what the new Crager SS FWD 600's will look like:

This is the "vintage" S/S style I would really like.

No pics, that was 25 years ago. I lived in the great state of Virginia. Back there at the time..your car had to have a rake to it, whether it be a toyota, or a nova! LOL. Memories! Todd (Uma)
