I just got these in today, bought from a fellow forum member, BanditHHR. I'm moving from the stock 17" polished Aluminum to the 16" chrome. Right now the "new" tire size is 225/50/R16, hair shorter than stock but not enough to really mess with the speedo much. Nice tires, Dunlop Direzza DZ101, came on the wheels and will fill the bill for the rest of this season. Not something I would normally shop for but they should be fun......

Next year I'll get as large a tire as I can fit under the HHR (Or there abouts... ) for an Ol'School look with the "big meats".


Chrome is clean on the outside........ a little bubbling of the chrome on the insides but this seems to be why Euromax dropped the chrome version..... Too bad, they should have better chromed them and kept them in production... I love these rims on the HHR, especially on a black HHR.

 

They are sharp looking rims, bummer about the chrome.. That has happened here before on these also..

Why not have them re-chromed when the time is right ?

 

Cost dependent, but I've been thinking about re-chroming as an option.

For now..... I'm going to enjoy.

 

Okay....... Now I have a Cop magnet....... I'm gonna blame the wheels.
