Foose nitrous 20x8.5 with 245/35/20 work on HHR SS

Will my foose nitrous wheels fit on a HHR SS without brembos? They have 245/35/20 Goodyear Eagle GT tires on them and the offset of the wheels is +34mm. I have a member on here interested in buying them and I wanting to confirm 100% that these will or wont fit. I have seen that it looks like the HHR SS strut perch sits up higher than the regular HHR strut perch.

The perch is in the same position on all HHR's, LS, 1LT, 2LT and SS's and even Cobalts for that matter .....

That wont work because the wheel wont be able to sit in place with the brembos.

Wheel height max of 26 inches before the strut perch becomes an issue.
