Goodyear Eagle GT 225/55R16 "Old School" look....

Just had these installed today.......

Excuse the dirt and gunk.... it's been raining....... Tires stuff the wheelwells pretty well and feel/handle great. Love the old school "Big Meats" look.

I'm going to get a set for my 17" factory rims also.

Looks good, I may be going with something similar. But arent those on backwards? I thought the direction of the tread would be opposite.

I like! Let us know how they work in the rain and snow after a bit.

It's a uni-directional tire....... Just as long as the outside is mounted at the outside of the rim they can go on either side of the car..... as opposed to a directional tire that must be on a specific side of the car. (like my Dunlop's were) The larger shoulder lugs are the outside of the tire. Kind of odd looking straight on at the tread, looks like two different tires.

Thanks guys

You'll like the tires. I'll got about 8-9K miles on mine. They handle great.

Here's another shot of the tread.

I'm not knocking these, just confused. Why are these tires "old school"?

Taller profile, more squared at the shoulders, but yeah they arent whitewall type oldschool. Unless youre talking about Goodyear's engineering technology.
