OK so far I've found zilch in a 19" rim size in gold for our bolt pattern aside from a set of ADR Sokudos. Tons of gaudy chrome in all sizes and loads of black 20" rims (not for me, especially in an SS). Any ideas guys or should I just give in and stay with 18"??? Help!

get some black ones and have them Powder coated...or chromies and have em recoATED gold.. about the only choice besides contacting a custom wheel maker and have a special set made for some ungodly amount of bucks..

I think for the gold wheels to work he'd have to also do the door handles and grill...maybe some other small parts..make it a whole Red/Gold theme...like yamaha did on the one bike in the late 70s with the black and gold. MidNite Special it was called.

 

Oh HELL no! Wheels only please. Gold door handles/grill would look uber tacky IMO. Although..... gold rally stripes like on the old Camaro? Hmmm that just might work.....

Yes, but it's been done to death already..... I want to be a lil' diferent. So far I'm leaning towards the gold rims but it's just a matter of finding what I want.... :twothumbs

 

I love the Vic red and chrome.. But I do understand trying to be different. I mean I am thinking of doing some chrome rally stripes. But like others have said it is your car so what ever you like.

 

Yay for FedEx!!!!! Not wheel-related, but my Fall Edition headlights are in, and I've got a small touch of CF coming in the mail as well. I'm Soo excited!
