Whatever you decide, I would suggest avoiding chrome on those rims.. It is a cheap flash plating, that many here have posted they got about 6 months before RUSTING began..

I have the red powder coated rally rims sold here last August, the baby moons are the vintage look, I tried the cop caps and the disc caps and didn't like them. I thought about the beauty rims but they do scratch the rim and rattle so I passed on them, powder coat is nice but rattle can paint job is easier on the nerves for those rock chips that will happen, save up and order a set!

Oh I definitely want them in black w/baby moons. Anyone know offhand what they charge to powder coat them?

I can skip the rings (maybe add them later) and order the gray/silver rims, then spray paint them black myself.

All this for just under $500 sounds good to me.....

Wheel Vintiques should carry them or any chevy restoration co.
I think that the disc brake caps just have chevrolet motor division on them
the disc brake caps only came on 1967 vets
