Need Photoshop Help with Wheel Color

It's not super gold, but putting gold dip on black will look like that without a while base. With a white base it will "pop" more.

I remember a badge I did back, last year? You'er welcome again firemangeorge!

Thank you much sir! Not sure I like it...will have to ponder on it a little more. Gotta ditch the red lugs for sure...
