Okay I'm pulling the trigger on these wheels so I'm going to be selling the ones I have now. I'll be posting a sale thread later in the week.

I got an '08 SS and would like to know what's the biggest wheel anyone has been able to mount on the HHR, I would like to run 20's on say 30 series tires if possible, does anyone know if this is possible prior to purchasing

Rhanson welcome aboard and Congrats on the ss
Keep in mind you will get a harsher ride with the 20's
Check the link above I believe the falken ox series are all 20 inch rims that should fit
The lx 55,s look sharp.
Please tell me you are not looking for all black rims.
It just reminds me of a car with hubcaps and the hubcaps fell off
Maybe I am just too old

No I am not going all black, I am a chrome fan, I love Lexani wheels, and was looking at something from there, I have found some relas beauties. but wasn't sure if it would even fit within the wheel well as it is such a squeeze already and yeah I have a pretty harsh ride now, I'm sure the 20's will make a kidney belt a must! LOL

20S also add a great deal of unsprung weight, which wears suspension and brakes out quicker, slows you down and increases braking distance. But they do look nice. I enjoy spirited driving and my spinal column too much to go that large on something this small
