Replaced Firestone Tires........
Great tires - I run them on my 98 Avenger - super sticky in the dry, and great in the rain and snow. I will use them on the HHR once the original Firestones wear out.
I guess I am going to be forced to buy some new tires to replace the "factory" Firestones. I had a flat this week, some small puncture in the sidewall very close to the tread and tire shop will not repair. 12K miles and tires look like new. I am going over to Firestone dealer this morning to see if they have a used one or what it would cost me for a single, then go to somewhere else if I have to buy a set. I didn't know I ran over anything. I browsed through the warranty stuff and it doesn't look like there is any road hazard on these, but I will ask. Bear
This guy dug this thread up to tell us firestone tires suck? Cool story bro.
I replaced my first firestone at 8k miles, replaced 2 more at 35-40 or so..im at 70,0xx miles with all new tires except one last firestone that just wont quit.
