One of my 2006 HHRs is a 2LT model with the 17" chrome wheels. The center cap broke (tab broke off and it won't snap in securely).

The part# on the cap is 9594812.

I can get a replacement on Ebay for $8, but they all say it fits 15" Malibu wheels. It does give the same part number as my cap.

I assume the same part # will fit my wheels?

A lot of Malibu parts interchange. The first one I see on eBay says "HHR Cobalt Malibu". https://www.ebay.com/itm/Chevrolet-H...-/231707306868

The part number worked for me on GoOgle, not on GMparts site I tried.

 

Google images, 2006 hhr lt, I didn't see any that looked like that. Maybe aftermarket.

Or maybe a PO put Malibu wheels on it, in which case, these should fit.

 

That cap sure looks like whats on my wheels...
