No they will not fit lowered or not

By the way, how does the HHR ride with 3rd gen Goldlines as compared to stock?
The 245 tires hit hard on the struts lowered or not. I did manage to put the 245-45-18 on the rear but they hit in several places on the plastic wheel wells. I cut out a big section it the back to clear the tires. So I would reccomend the 225 all the way around but it is still close. Even with the 225-45-18 (with spacers!) tires it will rub on the front when I make a left turn as far as it will go. There is a small dimple for a cable on the inner fenderwell and only at full lock on left turn it will slightly rub that one spot.

The Goldlines were the best mod I have made. The car now rides smoother, corners better, looks better and is more fun to drive. The wind does not blow the car around on the highway nearly as much to. Go for it!
I do not know which gen my Goldlines are but it lowered it about 1.75" all the way around.

Pics of my Solstice wheels

I finally got around to taking some pics of my new Solstice wheels. Thanks to curly for all the info and advice. I also went with the Goldline springs and am quite pleased with them. I did find the Chevy bowtie center caps for the Solstice wheels and decided to buy them. Other mods include S10 billet bowtie, Black chrome grille, painted calipers, foglights, lower billet grille and stubby antenna.

what size tires on rforsland?

Hey there rforsland - I really squinted but I can't read the tire size on those Solstice wheels. What are they?

I love the red calipers, btw.

I got the center caps at www.centercaps.net. They are the ones for a 2006-2008 impala (2.25 inch wide) stock number 2864.

The tires are Kumho ASX 225/40/18. I wanted to go with 235/40/18 but was worried about the clearance between the top of the tire and the bottom of the strut since I lowered the car and the wheels had a bit of negative camber. I have since installed the camber kit and had my camber adjusted back to spec and know I find that I have plenty of clearance for a 235/40...next time around, that is what I'll be installing.
