Mmm would be a tough decision for me. I've had bfgoodrich tires wear very quickly. We have michelin pilots on our Mazda and love them, excellent wet and dry traction and have 7 thousand miles on them with no noticble wear, But I think Michelin are overpriced so........ But for the price I'd probably look into the goodrich's.

roadkill.......

You have an '08 and, as such, you also are equipped with a TPMS. Might cost you a few bucks more, when the time comes. Just kind of planting the thought.

Mine came with Michelin's they sucked badly, I traded them in, out of five different tires I've had on the bus, (eagle F-1as, conti DWS, potenza 760's, Michelin's, the G-max03 is by far my favorite. I have 15000 mi on them and have worn off 2/32 so far, so I think they will get over 40000 on a SS, thats amazing.

I had the Primacy's and they really didn't like wet pavement, the final straw was a long lazy spin in the Paddy-Wagon after hitting some standing water at 40mph.

So I'd go with the BFG's, or if you're open to suggestions, look at the Continental Extreme Contact line of tires, or the new Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ's.

Because I have to spend money (that I really don't have) to fix the HHR I need to look at cheaper tires!!!
