Used to be a product called Tire Black, not sure if it's still on the market, was a paint for tires..........after about a month it started to peel and looked like a tire that had been painted..........not very appealing. Stick with weekly Armor-All applications.

Let me revise my quote > what i want to do is paint the areas where the letters are , meaning that i want to paint the words with ''white'' looking for a raised white letter effect. the tires are BF GOODRICH TRACTION T/A -

Back in the 50's they used to make a paint on whitewall kit. (How do I know this? I don't know...)

Find a really old hardware shop and ask around!!

Years ago (1980's) , I did that using a "raised lettering" paint stick that was available at local car shops. It looked like a thick crayon. It would hold up for about a month until you had to re-apply it.

You should be able to buy paint sticks at Auto Zone.
I've seen them in different colors

The crayon thing, is like a wax based paint, it looks good for a few days and then it looks crappy form all the dirt and water you end up driving through, but then you can just crub it off and re apply it.
