Don't expect a dealer to do things "by the book". Their mechanics are too smart to read books. Look in your Owner Manual for the correct rotation. There is a link in my sig to get a OM.

Or, you can just ask any GM service adviser to run your VIN.

If you are capable of opening the hood you can look for a big box in front of the Darth Vader hood that has brake lines connected to it. That is the ABS brain.

I never rotate, I just buy directionals & run them till I need new ones..
