two different tire sizes on ss...
was wondering about this. i think this would solve my problem with the rear gap in the fender. right now i'm currently running 225/40 18 all around(imo too small). i do like the way the front look,so the 225/40 in front. now in the rear, with pedders springs,i was looking to go 245/40. would this look bad??? really liking the generals gcsd has. the concern i have is will this "hike up" the back of the car??? i want it to be as level as possible. PLEASE give me your input. other wise, back to the stock size.

The rear will sit about 3/8" taller in the back then in the front if the hubs are level now. 225/40-18s are 25.08 in tall and 245/40-18s are 25.71 in tall, subtract the difference and devid by 2 and that will be the hub heigth difference from the ground.

^ I was wondering this as well, but I don't have ABS or TCS, so no worries there. Does anyone have any idea what the largest diameter/width is that we can run on these things front/back? The 18s are a bit rough with low-pro tires and lowering springs...

Along with ABS and Traction Control events are you going to carry two spare tires? The traction control would be an issue if you run the two different size tires on the front and alignment. I wouldn't chance it I have done it but with problems down the road, Just my two cents.
