has anybody ran a 225/50/17 on the stock HHR 17x6.5 inch Rim, I am contemplating this, my hhr is lowered.

 

That I don't know. I have not been in the biz for over a year now so I'm not able to get pricing.

im currently running the same model eagle alloy wheels your looking at... mine are only 16 inchers tho... and i got them in the silver powder coat finish to match my 07 panel ls trim... ive had em for about 4 months and have zero to complain about... perfect fittment... no rubbing... and they look great... i strongly dissagree that they are bad wheels as ive owned several sets of eagle aloys in the past...

im not sure if going with a 17 inch rim will cause any sort of fitment issue... but like i said... i took my stock tires and switched them onto my 16 inch eagles and they fit perfect even with my eibach pro kit...

 

Any more info on performance of the 235/45 17S?

 

I am also running the 16" Eagles, I have the chrome version. They look great no problems at all.
