Will they fit?
Hi everyone. I just joined and have a question or two about a specific tire and wheel. I have a 2008 LT with oem 16x6.5 wheels. I plan on buying 16.7 wheels, +43 offset, with riken ZR 245/50/16. I have plugged in many calculators and done some research, and it appears they will fit. I know I am pushing the width on a 16x7...but it seems others have done it. Could all of you give me opinions...It looks like I will be ok with fender, well, and all clearance.

At only 25.65 inches tall , they'll clear the strut. Your speedometer reading will be 62,

That calculator at 1010tires is good. I used to use it on my previous vehicle where I played not only with fit, but intentionally shortening the gearing.
I used to launch the car in autocross in 2nd with the shorter gearing provided by my peewee tires...
