It's amazing what people will do and get away with. I'm sorry that some idiot damaged the car. But it doesn't surprise me that it happened in a WalMart parking lot.
You've got to love a company that decides not to charge anyone for shoplifting if the item's value is less than $25.

I have the one off of the front of my HHR if you need one. It's been stripped down since I was going to paint it. I can paint it for you. All it will cost you is shipping. I was going to paint it and eBay it, but I'd rather donate it to a fellow HHR person in need. -Dan

Oh, and I agree with not removing this "person" from this planet. Better to remove kneecaps, a leg, fingers, etc. so they can "limp" around to remember why THEY have had such terrible luck.
