Chalk up another one.
vs a VW Jetta. Newer than 1998. Seemed like he had some mods, ones I saw, rice rocket muffler, black rims, limo tinted windows. Couldn't tell if he had a turbo. But mannnn was he pissed that he got beat by me.
Red light drop, he had me for the first eighth, after that, I dropped him like the poser he was. Lost by a long shot.

I guess its just a generational thing, back in the '70 I'd draw hot rods on my tablet in class. They all had that nose down and ass high look, side pipes, Crager SS mags, traction bars, a hood scoop or dual quads sticking up through the hood....and they were cool. Nowadays they'd probably look ancient to the kids ricing out Honda's and VW's, just like their idea of a hot car makes me laugh and cringe. But the one thing I never figured out was when we got the atomic powered flying rocket cars in far off 1980, was how to rod 'em.
