I find when I'm going over 45, or so, pulling it down to I, gets me better boost.

Mine does that partial boost when you floor it at 60 too.

the way I have found to get around the partial boost thing at 60 or so is to let off the gas totally let the motor produce in show vacuum for at least one maybe two seconds then floor it and I usually see 22 23 PSI of boost every single time
