If you get the ZZ572/720R it puts out 720 HP and 685 Ft. Lbs. of torque. The ZZ572/720R is the race prepped version though so it doesn't run on pump gas.
Thanks CH for the info I'll keep it in mind when I hit the Lotto.

I recently traded in my 2003 PT Cruiser GT Turbo (bought it new) for a new 2.4 LT HHR and can say that the GT was really fast - would burn rubber easily any time.

The HHR is no match for the GT Turbo, but if the HHR adds a turbo next year, this will all change. In spite of so much more power with the PT, the HHR more than makes up for it in looks and ride. Do I have any regrets in trading the PT for an HHR? Three words....NO..NO..NO.

If I want to really go fast, I have an Infiniti FX45 with a big V8 that really runs. The FX is a great car, but I like my HHR driver just as well. That being said, if they come up with a turbo HHR next year, I will probably be trading up.

all we need is an aftermarket turbo for the HHR. When that day comes I'll be the first one in line to get it installed.

Because of the retro aspect of the PT I thought about buying one, but there just wasn't any fire brought by the PT, so I just didn't ever get around to it. My son called to me one evening and said "look what Chevy is bringing out, it's an HHR, I took one look and the fire that the PT never lit in my soul started to rage and I told my wife that I was buying one...well she got sick of hearing me talk about it and called the dealership and had my beautiful black 1LT waiting...thanks Baby
