Even though I believe the 2.2 is one stout motor, and having personal experience dusting off a few supposed "superior" vehicles, I gotta say that my "Bovine Excrement Detection Device" was activated by the OP's claims.

I have a 2.2L. Having owned an LSJ Cobalt, I can tell you that the 2.2L, though admirable, is a slouch when mated to our milktrucks. I'm sorry. The 2.0 felt entirely ENTIRELY different.

Next time someone has a kill story involving their L61, LAP, or LE8, be sure to verify that the opponent was aware that you were attempting to compete to speed with them.
