Hope everyone is okay. Please say that you went and got checked out by a doctor. If not, do so immediately. You never know what could pop up.

Cell phones, like alcohol, don`t mix with driving.
It was the stupidest thing to ever say it was ok to talk on the phone while driving... a status symbol at first, cliche` now.
I had an accident back in the 90`s with a woman, talking to her husband, an insurance agent, coincidently 'her' agent, they denied my claim taboot.
Man was I mad...

Thanks everyone! I am ok just a few bumps..I'm gonna have to talk to a lawyer about everything since the accident was ruled no fault..IMO if the police had done an actual investigation they would have found the other driver was at fault. Now since Florida is no fault my insurance will have to cover which means a $500 deductible up front from me..So since I have yet to find a job and the only money I get pays for insurance and my car payment I may not be getting my car back for awhile..

The whole insurance thing is a scam.
First off you`re paying every month, whether you use it or not, then you have a deductable when you can least afford to put out more money...
Essentially, I`m betting that I`ll have an accident, they`re betting that I won`t, with my money...
And if I win, and have an accident, they charge me more to bet. SCAM.....

Skatetheglobe, who is your insurance through? I know my accident experience with Stitch I might not be typical, but at least GEICO followed through on trying to get money out of the lady who was obviously at fault (NY is also a no-fault state). And Black Beauty, after I got Stitch II insured, our insurance rate actually went down by about $20 despite the accident. (multi-car policy, though, with two drivers 25 and older)
