Thats what I'm afraid of. I can't really look everywhere so I'm gonna bring my uncle with me..I don't think they will take advantage with him there..We'll see.

Its at maroone in Lake Worth..I havn't been to see it but I'm just gonna go tomorrow to see where it is. I was told it was going to service last week but we'll see..

I'm just now catching up on this thread. It sounded like it was going to be okay in the beginning, and seems like the doubts have been growing in your head for good reason. I would be very worried, myself, am I to understand that you haven't actually seen the car all this time? Sorry if I only skimmed lightly and missed it, but sounds like you need to stay in touch and have a rapport with your dealer so you can be in the loop.

Is your gut telling you, as some people here feel, that something is not quite right? Go with it, if so. You've been patient but there are limits. I'm so sorry you've had to go through it for so long. Best wishes for a good outcome. I, like you, would really worry about whether she would ever be the same from such a strangely long repair. Keep us in touch, okay?

well it is supposed to be done but they are waiting for another check from esurance. I found out today the total repair is $10,500.

It sure would be a nice birthday present to get my car back.

$10,500 damage!?!?!?!

The early descriptions and pics didn't seem to indicate that much damage.

Did they charge you a storage fee for the 2+ months they had your car? That body shop sounds rather incompetent to me.

Sounds like the insurance company may be balking at paying such an amount.

Thanks for the Happy Bithdays!

I just got a call from Maroone and my car is ready to be picked up. It would have been nice if they would have given me more than 45mins before they close notice. I will be there at 7:30 in the morning though.

7 pages of posts and nearly 3 months in the shop... Who should I start complaining to when I get there?

Good idea to wait till the morning. Sometimes body shops make you rush to get your car and hurry off before they close. So you don't inspect it throughly and drive off.
