In the red circle the adjuster is still there! This appears to be the passenger side. I’m not sure how the motor is connected to adjust the head light.

There’s not much to see under the dashboard top either. As FMG points out, the air bag has to be removed, I do not recommend that !!

But there’s just a few 7mm screws and spring clips holding the dashboard, the A pillars need to be removed also.

These are my winter rims same lug nuts for the Cobalt SS rims I posted before. Mike has black nuts and chrome nuts, be I think there’s a cream for both ! Send him a PM , he’s a great guy.
