61,762 miles on my stock rotors and brakes. But I do mostly highway driving and use lower gears to descend hills.
I had everything to change the brakes and went with the R1Concepts rotors and ceramic pads and was waiting for some nice weather to change them, however this weeks trip to the airport told me, the time is now.
It was 29 degrees as I changed them today, so no how to.. but here is what the rotor and brake looked like with 89 miles on the growling.

I would suggest changing your brakes a few thousand miles before I did. I turned over the pad so you can see the pad its self. This is the driver side rotor inside. The passenger side inside pad broke off when i removed it from the assembly.
