i searched this the other day , i found 3 old posts , but no help. ss comes with rear disc ??? right??? if so how come no one has done this?? the reason i searched is i noticed some on a van , the uplander. i guess no chance of those fitting the hhr??

I could do Karl's rear kit again. But there's no parking brake either so you may find that something you don't like.
I could do a Wilwood p-brake caliper on perhaps a 11.75 up to 13" rear rotor also. And on the rear beam as done above. Cost would run about $1200 plus....something else you probably wouldn't like.

Both front and rear kits were bolt on. And if we did up a p-brake one it too would be bolt on. I don't offer too many kits that require excessive fab work. The only hiccup on a p-brake caliper is often the need for specialized cables and in the case of the drum to disc set up this would be true. I can only give you a contact for this and let you work with them on that part.
