GM emblem

Does anyone know if GM ever made an emblem or badge with "GM" on it with the blue background? There are stickers and decals like this but I am not sure if they ever made an actual emblem. Can anyone remember something like this on an older GM car or truck? I've looked on the internet and have had no luck so far.

I have them on the iside door jamb of my 74' Nova SS. Most older (pre '75 I belive) GM vehicles have them there.

Do you think they are rugged enough to go on a fender or a bumper? That is what I'm looking for I think.

Yeah, they're rugged enough, but over time the blue will fade out....we're talking a couple of years though.

I replaced the chrome 'chicklets' on the door with the blue and chrome GM logos that go on the push button of old seatbelts. Been through rain, snow, and the carwash...never any problem!
