Traded in my panel

Just traded in my 08 panel for a 2012 CARAVAN SXT for my wife. She lost her job with the city 3 years ago and decided last year to baby-sit our grandchildren instead.(3 year old-18 month old and 1 year old) I in turn have her car, a 2011 KIA FORTE 5 DOOR SX. I was asking $10,000 for the panel with 40,000 miles and the dealer gave me 9,500 for it and discounted the van5,500. I have enjoyed this site for 4 years and thanks to all who have answered any questions I have asked. P.S. I sold extra parts including the rear seat to a young man who just bought a panel and he will be joining soon. THANKS for the memories.

Sorry to hear another HHR has left the fold, but that doesn't mean you have to go ANOKAHHR. Check in and let us know how you're doing, we'd miss ya otherwise.

I have a question...you mentioned you had a back seat. I've thought about putting one in my panel. Do you have any idea hoe to take out the storage area where the back seat would go. I'm not sure I want to out in a seat but I at least want to modify the storage thing. But I need to remove it to modify it...any ideas?

It's an out and in swap for you. Panel mid section out and seat in. For those of us (like me) who want said compartment. We have to swap door panel liners.

Ur welcome Mike-

I don't want a rear seat either...

It's very easy to cut out the storage bins & have mucho extra storage space.. They are quite limited stock..
