Angry Power Window Question

Before you post I should read other posts hear me out.

Intermittently and happens to every switch I can roll down the window every time but when it comes to rolling up sometimes it works and sometimes it don't.
If i push down and then up really quick it works more often.

from this I know the fuses are not blown so can every window or switch be bad?
front and back Every thread I read (quite a few) they talk about just the rear or on switch or nothing works period. This is getting frustrating the other day it took 30 minutes to get the window up.

motor has no hesitation when it does work.
and yes I made sure the rear safety switch wasn't engaged

any and all help would be great.
Thank you all in advance

All of the switches are powered by the master switch so my guess would be a faulty master switch. Also there is a possibly that there could be a wiring problem in the master switch driver door area.

I had a power window issue with my 99 Buick. The only switches that worked were the "master" switches in the driver door. When I replace the battery, all switches worked.

I have a problem with just one switch not working. Most of the time, it just won't work at all. Some of the time, it will work to roll the window down, but not back up... And others, work just fine.

So they are drivers door mounted, have you checked the voltage on your battery? at 5 years old if it is the original battery could be low voltage causing electrical gremlins to wake up, just don't get 'em wet!!

The same water that cooks the speaker can cook the window switches and the mirror control.

There are a lot of HHRs running around with non remote driver side mirrors, and no chimes.

true enough Don, makes me wonder why move the window switches to the door from the dry console.
