Will these fit?

Will these fit?
Tire shop a while ago told me I had a bent rim, I took that as an opportunity to possibly upgrade. I LOVE the style of these wheels and I think these are the same ones found on one of the HHR Panels for sale. Question is; Will they fit? Bolt patter, width, offset all seem in check. Just wanted to check in with the gurus to be sure. Price-point seems good and the company has great reviews; yes I realize they are replicas.

As long as the bolt pattern, offset, width and diameter are right they will fit on the hub.
You would need to find out the height of your proposed tire for fitting in the space. It's that pesky spring perch.
