I just found the Tune available from GM for $473.00. I was curious what other members have paid for their tune kit, and Install.......How the Govt. would love how I'm spending my tax check this year, Hey GM I'm doing my part!

If that's from GMparts direct, you better check the shipping charges.

Me too. I'm ordering my kit tomorrow. My service manager told me to call him when I get it and he'll order the aux vac pump fix and do it all at the same time. Hopefully he'll bill any extra time to pump TSB fix.

Umm...better reread some of those threads..there is a slight incompatability between the Turbo Kit and the Brake fix.Dealer guy may want to hold off on one or the other untill they sort that out....sorry, don't remember which post but it was in one of the brake compaints posts.....
As far as the stage install..all the info is in here on how to handle the dealers,,the correct wiring and all the phone numbers etc etc..its not really that bad unless they are total klutz's....

GM Mgr posted this week the Stage and vac pump now have a proper download fromt he TAC so it is no longer an issue. They will not both work well together.

DOn't buy form GM parts direct as there are others out their I saw cheaper when I checked the prices.

I ended up getitng mine through my work as it was my cheapest price with my discounts and no $99 shipping charges like from GM parts direct.
