Boost Controller

Has anyone installed an aftermarket boost controller? If so where did you get it and was it easy to install? Thanks

The wastegate is ECM controlled already. There's no need for an aftermarket controller.

actually there are people who have a boost controller and electronic boost controllers also because we cannot fully control the wastegate. I know there are a few people running them but you'll need a tune first to beable to make it work properly.

If you can get into the E69 to re tune it, then you can modify the wastegate table, and still don't need the aftermarket controller.

I believe a tune is necessary to up the boost. Either the GM upgrade, or an aftermarket tune like Trifecta, HPTuners, etc. IIRC, without getting one of those done 1st, any benefits you'd gain would be negated by the stock ECM anyway. I'm sure those with greater knowledge will chime in shortly.
