I want to install a CATLESS DP will i have codes issues all the time
can my gage remove the code or cancel it out, will computer kept record of all the times codes were sent

Yes it would set a cat code all the time. I think that summit racing sells a wigit that plugs in the down stream 02 sensor and fools the computer to think there is a cat there. Im sure you already know that it wouldn't be steet legal.

It will for sure throw a code its just a matter of time. The interceptor can clear it but it will come back. Get tuned and disable that code from popping up and youre good. Youre in Cali so i dont know how strict they are over there. Also get rid of the K&N

All the major players do (i.e. Hahn, ZZP Dejon, etc). Just pick your poison (favy brand) and buy one.

Alex, and MightyMouse are correct. HAHN has their o2 bung in the right spot and angle, NO CODES. funny too, cuz for all the crabbing about HAHN. I've never thrown codes with their products either

The people who made O2 sims were shut down by the EPA a few years back so I'd guess they are harder to find than they used to be. I designed one once and I can tell you how to make one if that's something you want to do. The one I did fit on a 1/2" square PCB so it doesn't take much. I used a 6 pin PIC10F200 but I believe Casper used a 555. A 1 cycle per second square wave cycling between about .25V and .75V should be enough to make the ECM happy.

If you actually want to build one, I'll hook one of my EFILive cables up to mine and scan the rear O2 voltages to see the range.
