Dealer power up question

We had the dealer installed power up option installed when the car was 3 weeks old (2010 model). the boost guage showed just under 15 lbs. of boost before and on the ride home after the power up, it showed just under 20lbs. now with brand name hi-test it will go to about 17lbs. does the engine management sysem vary it that much? (did the dealer put sunoco ultra in it?) or is it losing its re-flash. is there a way to tell if the reflash was done correctly. Any one have experience with the factory power up?
Thx

It all depends on the pressure and such in the air. The computer wont let the car go over certain torque therefore your boost might vary. As long as the car is pulling strong youre ok
