That sounds good. I want that! I saw a price of around $500, would that be fore catback only or the full turboback?

SOUNDS GREAT!!!

Very similar to the sound I'm getting on my 2006 2LT HHR.

Had my Magnaflow installed last spring of 2007 and very pleased with the mellow yet agressive tone and increased free-flowing hp gain.

(only problem is the slight increase in tone inside - but doesn't bother me at all)

Catback only:)

Down pipe will be a different part #.

Magnaflows prices are fair and in line with others. All the other guys are selling a combined kit for arond $800

I called Magnaflow and they said 4-6 weeks. List price for the catback was high $600's. No plans for a turboback because it would delete the cats and not make it street legal.

But then I see Cole has a Magnaflow DP listed... did this delete the cats?

Hopefully the msrp will be less? you can usually get there stuff for a decent amount cheaper through online dist. (high 600's seems steep to me:))

They will be selling a catted 49 state down pipe. Pretty sure they won't be making a catless DP. (no idea when they mill make it)

The car will throw a code without tuning or the right amount of catalyst so the non catted DP would be no bueno for me in CA.

Also I thought I heard the stock DP had a rather restrictive bottleneck near the turbo, could be wrong.

I know a non catted DP will throw codes I never asked for a non catted DP, a catted DP that flows better would be just fine. Does the stock system just have just one cat?
