Okay so Magnaflow DP would be one cat?

Also 20whp gain with 2.5 turboback is what you are saying, correct?

If so, that would put an HHR SS with a Hahn tune and a turbo back around 300 WHP.

actually around the 310ish. according to hahn(all cars are different) the tune alone put it at 290 to the wheels.

2 cats...

I don't tink the DP is that big of a bottleneck. It's actually fairly straight with a coupld crushes around the cats. (pretty decent for a stock part)

Most of the magnaflow down pipe hp will come from cats that flow more. A non catted DP will make more power but be very loud. (I won't do this in CA)

All the parts on my car are 3".

On my bone stock car it made 15 peak and 20+ under the curve at the wheels.

All cars are different but I would imagine you could be close to 300-310whp with exhaust/DP and tune.

3" okay, that's better. 300-310whp would be a good number! No one, and I mean no one would expect that out of an HHR haha.

I haven't heard anything...... they are gonna run builds on what ever is in demand and selling. If only 4 people are inquiring and they are 100 catbacks behind on another part # you can guess what they will build.
