Have they for sure checked all the hoses and clamps? I know this sounds obvious, but the symptom sure sounds like a charge hose that is not totally secure.

Nope, the 09 is different from the 08 and I haven't heard that it has been released yet.

If Bill (More toque more HP) visits, maybe he can update.

the code that it was throwing this time was P0101
Tech changed the mass air flow sensor and flashed it. Haven't noticed any problems......yet. Don't want to have to make a 4th trip back to the dealer so I guess we'll wait and see how she holds up.

Went to an appointment today everything on the way. When I was on the way home no throttle response and no boost. I did see 20 in Hg as I was pulling into driveway. Goes to dealership tomorrow.

The '09 upgrade kit is not available yet. I am hoping sometime in February.

Bill is there any plans for a 2008 or 2009 Cobalt stage kit?

That is a future product and I can not comment it other than what is out in the public. It is planned for 1st Quarter 2009.

However, Tom from Crate Engine Depot seems well informed on the kit. He posted this:

I don't have the ratings for the Cobalt yet.

I had same code and hose from IC at the throttle body had come loose.
Hard to see- if hose not off, check clamp for tightness.
