Have they for sure checked all the hoses and clamps? I know this sounds obvious, but the symptom sure sounds like a charge hose that is not totally secure.

Tech changed the mass air flow sensor and flashed it. Haven't noticed any problems......yet. Don't want to have to make a 4th trip back to the dealer so I guess we'll wait and see how she holds up.

Went to an appointment today everything on the way. When I was on the way home no throttle response and no boost. I did see 20 in Hg as I was pulling into driveway. Goes to dealership tomorrow.
Kit for Cobalt SS
That is a future product and I can not comment it other than what is out in the public. It is planned for 1st Quarter 2009.

Hard to see- if hose not off, check clamp for tightness.
