Knoxville ey, here is what you need to do this. Hahns 20g, with all hardware and spacers and etc. you'll need to have charge pipes upper and lower, innercooler, and you'll need a intake. It doesn't matter if there's just a filter on the turbo because with this setup a maf relocate is needed unless you use a recirc system.. Then you'll need a complete intake so you can bypass the flowing air back into the intake for the turbo so you don't loose metered air..

Yeah, it's awesome! I have been driving it to work this week. Still trying to find time to get the tune complete though. Other than that it is amazing. I'm still averaging over 25 mpg too. Once the tune is done, we are going to do a dyno tune for numbers. Trust me though, it is definitely worth it. I would email Bill soon.

I really dont appreciate someone who drives and AUTOMATIC telling me to learn to drive. My ss simply puts out more power than a FWD car can handle without slicks. Automatics suck up a lot of power as manuals loose very little. Am I doing something wrong driving by flooring the go pedal in second gear when already going 20mph? (again, will sping the tires, unless I leave the traction control on) all I know is any boost over 20 psi will spin the tires- if you car is not spinning them, then you not making power. My stock clutch would also not hold any boost over 20psi, had to goto a KY clutch. This is with a LSD, intercooler upgrade and downpipe upgrade. I have tried BFG KD2 tires (very loud tread and also can't hold the power) and the best so far are the continental extreme DW. I dumped the stock tires the first month after it was new.

Don't know why you chunked the three hundred dollar pilots over Connies?? Pilot is a much better tire, although there are better. But this thread is about a bigger turbo and tune, and a few of us are waiting on a dyno before we pull the trigger.

Btw what is your 60' With an W/D tire? 2.4??
My eagle gt's are crap and can do just under 2.1

I'm gonna be a Dick here,,,, I've posted an 8.84 in an auto... I have yet to see ANYBODY else post a LEGIT time that is faster or on par for the 1/8 then me. So I back up ecotec, learn to drive... Oh and after the 15% drive train loss, I'm still putting 320 or so to the pavement! I can roast the tires with the best of them, I just know how not to.

With that in mind, I will try to get with Bill and see if we can't get something on paper this week. He has been busy with projects, and the car is drivable so I haven't pressed on it at all. I can drive it or my Colorado to work, so the tune hasn't set heavy on my mind

Thanks Chevy13! I'm a big HAHN supporter, just wanted some paper on your work, before spending

Big power improvement even without the tune? What boost level are you seeing?
