Well 3 months ago(when it was warm) I finally had the loose scratch to buy HANN's IC Piping(for the Dragon Cobalt Meet), well because of the move, build-up and catch-up... it took a lot longer than TTR and I had expected, for Hann to pony up the parts. (I in no way blame TTR for the delay, and I will continue to purchase products from them, but they could use a little refresher in the customer relations department, although in their defense, I was a bit of an ******* about 70 days into this wait, and I started to grumble)

But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, as I got a pleasent suprise in the form of a UPS tracking number! Woo Hoo! I almost thought I was gonna have to wrap it for myself for x-mas. I just hope the wait is worth it. I ordered it painted red and got the T-bolts. I can't wait to install, if I can do it while wearing mittens.

Interesting Foolmoon. I'm talking to Aaron right now at TTR regarding the same thing... I hope that I'm happy with what I see when I receive my package since like you I've been waiting since September for these pipes (black for me thanks!). I was telling Aaron that it's funny how the second I mentioned cancelling my order to Hahn via TTR (my grumblings were polite m'kay ) the pipes are shipped out within HOURS, literally. Talk about timing/coincidence/stars aligning. Like you TTR has been nothing short of miraculous as far as trying to bend over backwards to help me. Aaron and the rest of the guys at TTR will continue to get my business, that's for sure. How about you and I get together for an IC pipe install party!?

Christien, sorry for Hahns delays. We did try to keep everyone up to date, as much as we could though this move, by passing on exactly what Hahn stated to us.

Many other HHR Charge pipes shipped today also. Hahn must have got back a large batch of powder coated items today (as they dont powder coat at Hahn, but do all the other fab work), over 10 orders for intakes and charge pipes shipped the past 2 days. Hahn is really starting to pump out the orders, which is great for everyone.

 

Allex, it is nice for you to see your pipes did ship out, and didnt have anything to do with a "cancelation" request, as we stated and shown above, others did also. :)

We do see the light at the end of the tunnel, as our back log list is getting shorter by the day! We will be very happy once everything is back to normal, and ship out times are nice and short.

 

Agreed Aaron, that's why I described my situation as the 'stars aligning' lol. Like I've said before and say again, TTR's Customer Service is top notch and that's why anything else I'll need for the SS, you'll get my hard-earned $$$.

I second Alex's stance! I was a but-head and TTR kept me from blowing my top. TTR will be getting more orders from me as well!

I think their biggest advantage is they have better prices than the manufacture, and have a little more sway with those companies then we do. Thank-you again TTR.

I wanna say sumtin but i might get banned like I did from another forum. Nothing against TTR because i have spent money with them before and will again but i wont buy HAHN ever in my life. Bad business on their part. To simply put it people should stick to their price quotes

 

Bart I understand, as HANN hasn't had the greatest track record in the last year, but aside from that there are only 2 or 3 offerings out there, and I hate to say it but I'll take HANN pipes over Dejon or CIA any day. I was leary about HANN and thats why I purchased from TTR and not HANN directly, cuz ultimately I trust TTR, and the parts were the right price from them compared to the other mfgs.

 

Definitely! I may have an advantage as this will be the 2nd set of Hahn pipes I install on my SS (traded those pipes for my Aeroforce gauges). Yep, you can call me a glutton for punishment lol.
