February 2 was my last drain, so it's time again. A whopping 18 oz from the intake side, and nearly 12 oz from the turbo side. I'll start posting mileage also, for a more useful record. Vehicle is now at 104,015 miles.

So about 3 months, didn't drive much the first 2 months, but a lot more over the past month. I wish I had recorded the mileage before.

Another 3 weeks, 1400 miles. Just drained 17 oz from intake side, and 7 oz from turbo-side. Miles now - 105,428. So maybe the cooler has really improved the ability to 'catch' vapors. We'll see if the turbo-side improves, after I install a cooler on that line.

Just ordered the second cooler from Summit, Perma-cool #1001.
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/prm-1001

It looks identical to #71001, that I linked to on the previous page. About $5 cheaper. Confirmed, via phone, by Perma-Cool that it is the same cooler, marketed differently.

I expect it to be here on Friday or Saturday, but it looks like I'll be working for the weekend, So not sure when I'll be able to install it.

I installed the second cooler today, on the turbo-side. Much easier install, didn't have to move the catch can.

Here is a close-up of the mounting location on the hood latch, I fabbed a stainless hanger.

Here is the prototype for the hanger, for detail. Much easier to cut and bend thin aluminum. The center bend is to match the plane of the upper radiator support, which is where the other mounting bracket is attached.

Randy. You must have done a stealth installation because I can't see it at all.

Forgive me, I'm just coming off 7/12's work schedule. Are you complimenting the work, or are the pics not showing up? What is it that you can't see? Back to 4/10's now, so hopefully my comprehension will improve

I decided to drain the tanks again before driving it, to get an accurate data point for the new cooler. 6 oz turbo-side, 17 oz intake-side. 106,629 miles. So about 1,200 miles, about the same results as the last drain. We'll see if the new cooler catches any more next time.
