I had to flip mine 180 degrees from the normal position to make it fit right. the clearance looked like this:

It worked fine and with just enough clearance. Got bored one day and decided to make more clearance "just in case". So I fabricated some longer radiator mounts to give about 3/4 inch more clearance. This was the result:

Fabricating new mounts is not needed with the lower CIA charge pipes, but the extra clearance is nice. Just flip the sensor 180 and it will b good.

Hahn is aware of the GM upgrade sensors due to installation of the piping on my car in his shop. It shouldn't be an issue as along as you let him know that's what you have

Foolmoon has Hahn pipes and he had to flip his 180 to make it fit also. I know he got his a while ago. Hahn may have had an updated set of charge pipes. When did you get yours?

Yeah, I had no choice but to flip the sensor, but it has been running fine this way for years. Im actually happier it is reversed. More wiggle room

Just a couple of months ago. He designed a new pipe during the install after seeing the issue of how the pipe fit with the upgraded sensors.

I just ordered a set of Hahn IC Pipes last week. I'll give them a call Monday to be sure that what they are going to send me will clear the 3-Bar sensor.

I'll let ya know what they say about this matter.

Very cool. Do you have any pics showing clearance and location of the map sensor?

Don't buy hahn

I bought a set of Hahn charge pipes about a month ago and the lower pipe did not fit at all. I had the pipe installed at a reputable tuner shop and they had to cut the end off the pipe and fab a new piece. Hahn customer service IS NON EXISTENT. After several weeks of being ignored with their tech ticket system I called and spoke to a sales person who said he would forward my email to Bill personaly and guess what NOTHING! Hahn is a joke with no way to get a hold of them if something goes wrong. Just sayin beware if you go the Hahn route the parts might not even fit and then what are you supposed to do when you paid someone to take apart your car? I wish I had taken recommendations to go the ZZP route. I have the Hahn intercooler as well and they don't even supply stronger intercooler mounts.
