There seem to be a few dealers selling it for $500.50 on gmperformanceparts.com. Here's a couple --

SHEPHERD'S CHEV-PON-BU-CAD
1520 E 9TH ST
ROCHESTER, IN - 46975-8940
Phone: (877) 308-7152

JONES GM / SUZUKI - GM PARTS WAREHOUSE
1335 MANHEIM PIKE
LANCASTER, PA - 17601
Phone: (877) 826-4029

gmpartsdirect.com has a cheaper base price, but the shipping rates are outrageous.

bring the print out from the lowest online dealer, and see if your parts department will price match.. you'll be surprised that they will. and it saves you shipping costs

I just paid the 650, and 200 for labor.. I called several dealers and could not find any prices for under 200. I'm sure I could have paid less than 650 for sure. Also, I'm not sure if this thread will help you, but check it out just incase!

It's almost a sport to pinch pennies (or dollars these days), but in the grand scheme of things, we own premium vehicles and a few dollars here or there won't make much of a difference once you mash down on the throttle and the smug grin appears on your face. How ever you get there is worth it, so as long as you are happy with the results of your purchase.

Hey,

i have a brand new kit i got for my cobalt but the tune is not out from GM yet for it. I will sell it to you for $450 shipped if you want it, or if someone else wants it.

Thanks,

Garrett
