Loose Clamps

Which connections are actually supposed to have clamps?
I just got the stage kit installed.
It builds boost up to 15 or 20 PSI but kicks back to 0.
It won't hold boost.
I had popped the clamp off the rubber to plastic coming from the turbo.
OK, replaced that.
Now I see the next one (in the mess of wires halfway down the back of the radiator) has no clamp.
Which of the rubber hose to plastic hose connections are supposed to have clamps?
I would think all of them.
ChevyMgr - shed some light here? Anyone know?
