Loss of power after Stage Upgrade

Currently at the dealership (Royal Chevy in Bridgewater, NJ) and i have been here since 7:30am. Schedule is as follows:
7:58A.M. - pulled into bay
8:16A.M. - pulled out of bay
into another? reflash now?
8:27A.M. - back in bay - no reflash yet
8:32A.M - tech rep asks where document I.D. paper is
9:40 - in for a flash
now the final waiting... this is the killer
11:05 - back o the lift with a supervisor helping the tech. great, problems, problems, problems... and now 'll get charged an arm and a leg. just like many others on this board. this sucks guys. Most of us would have been better off doing it ourselves having the dealer just reflash it.. wish that was a viable solution. well when i finally get it back i shall drive the hell out of it. well best i can, cold and snow are very limiting. but im excited as hell. let ya know!
11:37 - rep comes in and says the wiring was wrong, they got it now and should only be another hour.
1:16pm - i asked how it was going and they said the tech drove it and it has "less balls" than it did stock. i lose boost around 3000rpm. so they are on the phone with GM Techline.
1:50 - still no word, but it isn't looking good.
shoulda said screw the warranty and just gotten aftermarket tune.

Do you guys know why i might be losing boost? or why the car drives the same? this is soooo frustrating. so much for work today....

They didn't flash it correctly or the wiring is bad.

thats what i thought but they said they went over the whole install with the techline and it all checked out. i guess i will have to wait and see... wating is the worst. went in sat. to have them install it but after 2.5 hrs they said the GM division was closed for the flash. so they didn't do a darn thing for 2.5 hrs. now this... from now on i will void my warranty and do it myself. i just wanted this b/c of the new scaling. im hoping to get an aftermarket tune on it to really do some damage hehe

They didn't raise the boost level then. If the new sensors are in and wiring is good with no check engine light and you don't see over 15psi, then the boost levels weren't installed but the program was. Bad file was installed. They need to reflash your car.

Had this happen on my upgrade too. The engine would torque and the new sensor would hit the AC compressor the boost would then vanish. I spend the first day in the waiting room when I had it installed. It stayed the next two nights but lucky my dealer gave me a free loaner. But with holidays and all it took a full week to get fully running OK. You shouldn't be charged for all their time to figure it out I only paid for 2 hours.
That's the price for being the first in Rhode Island and It was worth every second of waiting.

Well i left the dealership around 2:30. as i left the lot my check engine light came on. it boosted to 4psi and after 4k the boost dropped off. i turned around and took it back. the tech was on the phone with GM and GM said the flash was correct. i will tell him to look into it hitting the AC compressor, but i dont think thats the problem. once i shift tho you can hear the turbo just flop. like a vroooom ffffttt fftt ftt ftt ftt ftt. yea bad example i know but hey... anyway they are spending as much time as they can on it they said. GM said car was ok and just give it back to me. i just dont think they want to admit there is a prob they cant fix. those poo nuggets but i got a loaner. lets see what tomorrow brings...

if u guys got any more tips/tricks please! let me know. thanks u guys
